LIVED IT. OVERCAME IT.
NOW, I WANT TO HELP YOU
DO THE SAME!

Steven Fiorito grew up in the Chicago suburbs in the 1970’s at the height of the drug culture in America. Steve, like many, was swept away by the culture and came close to joining the ranks of the many casualties that resulted from the normalization of recreation drug and alcohol use.

Miraculously, Steve found a way out and has been in recovery from IV heroin and cocaine addiction since 1987. He shares his amazing journey in his “memoir turned autobiography”, No Refuge Finally from Ourselves: One addict’s Story.
Steve’s been a professional in the counseling field in various capacities since 1989, specializing in Substance Abuse Counseling and Anger Management. An author of several impactful works, Steve’s writing reflects his dedication and passion for helping others to find recovery, enhancing their lives and well-being.

Outside his work, he’s a passionate singer-songwriter, guitarist, theater actor, and hockey goaltender, channeling his creativity into music, sports, and the arts.
